1. Open forum for faculty to identify areas for improvement 

2. Conduct Needs Assessment

3. Transition courses to competency-based education

4. Increase simulation time throughout program

       "Students who spend at least 25% of their clinical time in simulation work more effectively in teams and make appropriate clinical decision more quickly than those students who spend less clinical simulation time" (Aul et. al, 2021).

5. Create education courses for faculty to understand the revisions of the curriculum and best practices

6. Incorporate simulation, and technology-enhanced learning

7. Specify assessment methods such as exams, assessments, reflections, and projects to monitor student success.
